How to group warehouses

Organize warehouses into groups and manage them neatly from one account.

What is it?

Warehouse groups combine several warehouses (for example, those in one city or of one marketplace) into a single group that you work with from one account.

Why does it matter?

As the number of warehouses grows, tracking stock in each one separately gets harder. Groups make it easier to see overall stock and plan shipments.

As your marketplaces and own warehouses multiply, tracking stock warehouse by warehouse gets harder. Grouping lets you combine several warehouses into a group that suits you — for example, all the warehouses in one city.

As a result, it’s easier to see your overall stock and work with it in an organized way from one account (lesson 18).

In the dedicated Missing section within the “Warehouse” section. It lists products in Missing status, and you can open each one to check its details.

Review this section regularly: the earlier you spot a problem product, the easier it is to resolve (lesson 19).
